
Checking manifest.json, and the line "com.unity.2d.sprite": "1.0.0", is there. Syncing the Packages and Project Settings folders with the other person I'm working with that can operate the sprite editor it did not work, whether over source control or just placing the files manually. Completely deleting from the file explorer the following folders in my project: Library, Packages, Project Settings, and letting Unity regenerate them. If I start up a clean project, I can then access the editor, but then adding any asset from the afflicted project will make the new project repeat the error. Another person I'm working with on this project is not having this same issue.īasically now whenever I try to open the Sprite Editor in this project, I get the error "No Sprite Editor registered.
